Welp, it’s officially mid-June! Remember those resolutions that you made in January?
Now is your chance to refresh your motivation and get going! Sign up for a 5k, go to a knitting class, or try stand up paddle boarding for the first time. I’ve been trying to do new and adventurous things all year. One of my latest was at Aerial Fit. I had a blast at their Beginner Silks Class. Boy oh boy did I discover muscles that I never knew existed! But what a feeling when you’re hanging upside down or standing a few feet off the ground connected to what feels like a giant rubber band. Do yourself a favor and do something fun before the year gets away from you!
