Veg Day suggestions

  1. Simple Green Smoothies- Beginner’s Luck– The prefect green smoothie for those of you who are skeptical of drinking green. Pineapple, mango, and banana make it w tropical treat that will make you wish you had taken the day off and headed to the beach.
  2. Happy Herbivore- Mock Tuna Salad Sandwich– This plant powered sandwich will have you doing a double take! If you’re a fan of the tuna/chicken salad sandwich you have to give this a shot.
  3. Oh She Glows- The Nourish + Glow Miracle Bowl– I could eat this salad every day. Isn’t it beautiful?! Full of fresh, bright, and nutritious ingredients, it’s sure to help you over that 2pm slump.
  4. Kris Carr- Sweet Potato Bruschetta– Seven ingredients and you have restaurant quality plant powered appetizer. (Or just eat enough to call it dinner, am I right?) The perfect combination of cold and warm.
